Build the Foundation
The Right Way

At this stage of development, how a player is built matters as much as how hard they work. FHIT Futures provides young athletes with professional coaching, structured training, and a competitive environment designed to develop real skills, real habits, and a real love for the game.

What is FHIT Futures?

FHIT Futures is designed for young hockey players who are motivated to improve, compete, and build a strong foundation in their game.

This is not a recreational camp. It’s a structured training environment where young players are trained with purpose by professional coaches who challenge them appropriately and encourage them to grow and compete. The focus is on building the skills, habits, and confidence that will serve athletes throughout their hockey career.

FHIT Futures is built around four development priorities:

  1. Skill development: skating, puck control, passing, and shooting in game-relevant scenarios
  2. Confidence building: high repetition drills that build consistency and trust in their abilities
  3. Competitive habits: Small area games and structured competition that develop decision-making awareness
  4. Love for the game: A positive, challenging environment where players want to be and want to improve

FHIT Futures operates across four campuses in the Twin Cities metro area and western Wisconsin, coached by the same professional staff that trains MAP Hockey athletes.
