Falcons is a competitive AAA team program for FHIT Hockey members from squirts through bantams. Teams are organized by birth year, managed by Northland Hockey, and designed to give players a structured, high-level competitive experience that reinforces their development.

Falcons AAA is open to current FHIT Hockey members from squirts through bantams.
Falcons AAA teams compete at the AAA level, the highest youth hockey classification in Minnesota.

Practices and games are parent-coached. Northland Hockey manages the program structure, organization, and competitive framework.

Falcons AAA competes in 3 tournaments: 2 local events and 1 out-of-town tournament. Athletes receive 6 team practices, 2 prior to each event.

Every player receives a team gear package that includes jerseys, socks, and an apparel kit.

Team True AAA is MAP Hockey’s elite team program, coached by MAP Hockey professional staff and designed for select players evaluated through the MAP training environment. Falcons AAA is a development-focused AAA program for FHIT members, with parent-coached games and practices. These boys’ teams are organized by birth year from squirts through bantams.
